How Does It Work?
01-BOOK ONLINE
Book now and select your
phone style and date(s) to see availability. Pick your options, then continue checking out.
02-PICK UP
Your phone is prepped with default message and shipped directly to you. It arrives early, 2-7 business days prior to your chosen Start date.
03-Event Day
On the day of your event, simply turn on your phone. Wait about 1 minute for it to power on. Once you see the flashing light underneath, it's ready to go!
04-After Your Event
6 days after your event starts (or 2-business days after your chosen end date), pack the audio guestbook and all included items back into the original box, using your included return instructions. Stick the prepaid return label on and drop off at any UPS store.
05-Messages Shared
Once we receive your audio guestbook, we'll make sure everything is accounted for and begin processing your audio files from the phone. We'll send you an email within 72hrs with a private link to listen to and download all of your audio memories.
